Lenovo tab 2 a10 70 dimensions. Lenovo TAB A10: specifications and reviews. Immersive Audio

10.1-inch tablet with a 1920×1200 resolution IPS screen, the latest MediaTek 64-bit platform, 2 GB of memory, a capacious battery and 3G/LTE support. All this on Android 5.0 and under $300. Intrigued? Let's see how Lenovo TAB 2A10-70L, which meets all the listed criteria, will show itself in practice.

Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70 does not surprise with its sophisticated design. Externally, the tablet is simple and concise. The body of the device is made of plastic with a semi-gloss finish. The device is offered in two colors - pearl white (Pearl White) and dark blue (Midnight Blue).

The logo and the front camera at the side face are an unambiguous hint from the manufacturer that the tablet is best used in landscape orientation. Of course. For a widescreen 16:10 aspect ratio, this is more of a natural position. Especially when you consider that the manufacturer nominally positions the tablet for home use and entertainment.

If you hold the tablet in landscape mode, you can find the headphone/headset jack on the top edge.

On the left edge there is a power key, a volume rocker, as well as a micro-USB connector for connecting charging or OTG cables. At the same edge there is a compartment covered with a plastic cap, behind which the connectors for the MicroSD and SIM flash cards are hidden.

There are no functional elements on the right side.

Only the microphone hole is visible on the bottom edge.

In terms of dimensions, the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L is a kind of compromise for 10-inch models - 247 × 171 × 8.9 mm. The tablet weighs 509 grams. That is, not thin and light, but moderately toned strong man. It does not look bulky, although there is a feeling that the device could be made even more compact. This is due to the rather wide bezels around the screen. However, it is this solution that allows you to avoid false positives when you touch the screen with your palm.

Taking the tablet in hand, there is no feeling that you are holding a premium device. It would be strange to expect this from a model entry level but you always want more.

Periodically, the body creaks, this cannot be taken away. Holding the corner, extracting a characteristic sound is not difficult at all. At the same time, the tablet with dignity withstands the test for twisting - bends are minimal, although there are no metal reinforcements in the case.

The back cover bends in the central part. The stroke length is small - about a millimeter. During use, you quickly stop paying attention to it. Monolith fans will certainly prefer to retrofit the tablet with a hard-walled case that solves this problem.

A slight deflection does not affect the image in any way. Even with a serious effort, there are no artifacts on the screen, similar to those that occur on the iPad Air 2, here.

The rear panel with a semi-matte finish readily collects fingerprints, but on the white cover they are almost invisible, but on the blue one they will probably be more clearly visible.

Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L comes in a medium sized box. The device comes with a power supply (5.2 V, 2 A), a cable and a set of documentation.

Screen

The tablet received a 10.1-inch screen with an IPS-matrix and a resolution of 1920 × 1200. Please note that this is not Full HD. The aspect ratio is not 16:9, but 16:10. Additional points are very appropriate for such a diagonal - the pixel density is higher, which means that small details will look better.

In this case, we have 224 PPI, and this is a very good result. Relatively affordable 10-inch models get HD-resolution screens, even Full HD is a rarity for devices under $400. And at 1280×800 on such a diagonal, graininess is visible to the naked eye.

The screen has an air layer. Yes, this is not OGS. The image does not float on the surface, but hides under the thickness of the protective panel. At the same time, we were pleased with the wide viewing angles and natural color reproduction.

According to the measurements, the color gamut is almost the same as sRGB. The color temperature is very stable over almost the entire range, only slightly exceeding the reference 6500K.

Subjectively, the image quality is very pleasant. A screen of this level is not expected to be found on a device of this class.

Frankly good and the proposed contrast ratio - 1128:1. The gamma curve is not perfect, but deviations are within reason.

You can try to adjust the image using MiraVision technology. The available options allow you to adjust the color balance, contrast, saturation, sharpness, tone of the image, enable the dynamic contrast mode.

According to our measurements, the brightness of the display is adjustable between 27-251 cD/m². The maximum value is not a record, but quite sufficient so that you can see the image on the screen outdoors, although not in bright sunlight - in such conditions the surface glares noticeably. But the minimum level is frankly high. At night, with minimal ambient light, you may want to further reduce the brightness of the screen when the control is already at zero. In this case, you can experiment with software setting utilities like Lux, but it's still not a full-fledged alternative.

There is no light sensor, the brightness is adjusted manually. To control the brightness, PWM is either not used at all, or a high frequency is used that cannot be visually tracked. At least the "pencil" test of the tablet passes without any problems.

As for the material from which the screen protector is made, the developer has brought intrigue here. Until now, the network does not cease discussions on this subject. In our opinion, in this case, not glass is used, but high-quality plastic. How durable the material is, only time will tell. At first glance, it appears to be quite durable. During testing, it was not possible to scratch the surface. Although, of course, it is possible to discuss this topic only after a relatively long operation.

There is no oleophobic coating, although fingers slide across the screen quite easily. The latter collects prints well, so perfectionists should immediately get microfiber wipes. To maintain perfect cleanliness, you will have to make an effort - the screen is reluctant to part with traces.

In the case of the white version of Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L, the tablet's screen is edged with a silver insert around the perimeter. Acting as a decorative element, it also carries a practical load. The extra bead rises a fraction of a millimeter above the screen surface, providing minimal protection from scratches when the tablet is placed on a flat surface.

In general, the impression of the screen is positive. Without fear of repeating ourselves, we note that for its class Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L received a very decent display. But this is often one of the main criteria when choosing a tablet.

Sound

Sound speakers are located at the top edge of the rear side. Spectacular perforation in this area is not used by chance. In this case, three emitters are used, forming the so-called sound bar.

Using Dolby ATMOS technology, the manufacturer tried to expand the sound stage and partly succeeded. The speakers have a good margin of volume, but you should still take into account that the emitters are located on the back side and are directed in the opposite direction from the user. In this case, the best effect is achieved if there is some kind of sound reflector nearby. The speaker layout used is a compromise. On the one hand, they do not close with your hands when holding the tablet in landscape orientation, on the other hand, higher power is required to get a comfortable volume level. Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L definitely has no problems with this, although low frequencies very lacking.

The proposed utility for the implementation of Dolby ATMOS allows you to select several profiles for various tasks and voice acting conditions.

From interesting opportunities The tablet offers an FM tuner function. To listen to radio stations, you must connect headphones or a headset to be used as external antenna. The reception is stable, the quality is quite acceptable.

cameras

The tablet has two cameras. The 8 MP rear camera with autofocus takes good quality photos, but you shouldn't expect much from it.

Details are rather weak, focusing is not very fast.

Trying to improve the quality of the pictures, you can play around with the settings. There are many options available here. You can adjust the white balance, ISO sensitivity (100-1600), exposure (±3EV), or select HDR mode.

There is no additional flash, therefore, a photo of acceptable quality can only be expected in conditions of sufficient external lighting.

HDR is very useful in some cases.

The camera allows you to record video at resolutions up to 1920×1080. The quality is not very high. Again, a lot depends on the shooting conditions.

Of the interesting features, we note the flicker compensation mode, which can be useful if you are shooting video from the monitor screen or a display on which “running stripes” are clearly visible falls into the frame.

Front camera 5-megapixel without autofocus. She copes with her main task - creating herself and transferring video to Skype. Although, it should be noted that when shooting video, the resolution is limited to 640 × 480.

Operating system and software

The tablet comes with Android 4.4 out of the box. You don't have to wait for an update to Android 5.0 - it's already available. After connecting and setting up the network, the operating system can be updated to version 5.0.1. It was in this form that the tablet came to us for testing. In pristine condition with Android 4.4 used branded shell Lenovo Vibe ui. However, after the update, the original development of the manufacturer minimally reminds of itself.

The native interface elements of Android 5.0 are used to a greater extent. There is practically no additional software. Note the application for Reserve copy SYNCit HD as well as pre-installed office suite WPS office.

Performance

The hardware platform of the tablet is based on the MediaTek MT8732 processor, running at 1.7 GHz. This is a relatively new mid-range 64-bit chip that includes 4 cores with Cortex-A53 architecture. Nominally this model should work at 1.5 GHz, but the manufacturer slightly increased the frequency of the SoC. Note that after android firmware 5.0.1 in many diagnostic utilities, the processor is identified as MT6752. This is an identifier error. Alas, it is not yet possible to add 4 more computing cores just by changing the software.

The Mali-T760 MP2 is responsible for the graphic part. In terms of functionality, this is a very progressive video subsystem, but in this modification the GPU includes only 2 cores / clusters, therefore even the theoretical computing power is relatively small - 34 GFLOPS.

The tablet is equipped with 2 GB random access memory- a reasonable minimum for comfortable work in Android 5.0. After the system boots, about 950 MB are available for applications.

4510 points in the PCMark test indicate that there are no special problems with the performance of the tablet. There are no questions about the smoothness of the interface. Minimal stuttering can be seen on very heavy pages in Chrome. Otherwise, the speed for typical "tablet" tasks is quite enough.

In 64-bit edition AnTuTu Benchmark v.5.7.1 tablet scores about 34,000 points. Not so long ago, such values were typical for flagships, but by today's standards, these are rather average figures.

The tablet also receives very good marks according to the results of the GeekBench 3 test.

The speed of the internal drive is low. The linear read speed is very good - 142 MB / s, but the sequential write speed would be higher - 12 MB / s. On random read / write operations, the drive shows 17/6.2 MB / s, respectively. Modestly, very modestly.

The Mali-T760 MP2 graphics support OpenGL ES 3.1, allowing you to run the Sling Shot test from the 3DMark package in the most difficult mode, in which the scene is rendered at a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels, followed by scaling. Of course, the very possibility of using this mode is of some value, but high performance is also needed, and a graphics unit with two cores cannot provide this. The result is 260 points. For comparison, samsung galaxy The Tab S2 9.7, based on an Exynos 5433 chip with Mali-T760 graphics, but in the MP6 variant (142.8 GFLOPS), scores 710 points in the same test. This suggests that the Mali-760 itself is a good sign, but in the case of the MT8732, the video core is used in the basic version, the performance of which is relatively low.

Well, let's drive away despondency and annoyance, look again at the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L price tag and continue our experiments. The results of the tablet in various versions of the Ice Storm subtest are quite good, which gives reason for moderate optimism.

The performance in the classic Epic Citadel once again demonstrates that with the highest graphics quality, the Mali-T760 MP2 is not so easy to handle rendering, especially in tablet-native mode. When the resolution is lowered, the performance increases noticeably.

At the same time, you can adjust the fps and reduce the quality of the graphics. In High Quality mode, even at 1920×1128 we got 54 fps, instead of 34 fps in Ultra High Quality. Obviously, such techniques will have to be used in real games, which provide the ability to adjust the graphics quality. In maximum modes, the tablet will not always be able to provide acceptable performance.

A few words about the purely gaming abilities of Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L. Performance in World Of Tanks Blitz largely depends on the graphics settings. In the low quality mode, we have a very comfortable 45-60 frames / s with which it is a pleasure to play /. On medium fps settings sags up to 25–30, and with high ones you can see 10–15 fps, especially when using the sniper mode. In general, the performance in this game fluctuates quite widely and seriously depends on the complexity of the current scene. Here, it’s more important for someone to get maximum smoothness with somewhat simplified textures or put up with a not very high fps value, but with a richer and clearer picture.

In the game Asphalt 8, a subjectively tolerable number of frames can be obtained by choosing a mode that assumes average quality. At high, the increasing lethargy of control is already well felt. For such a dynamic arcade you need more fps.

Modern Combat 5 is quite playable, although it is felt that more productive hardware would not hurt for complete comfort.

You can build a card strategy in Hearthstone for your own pleasure. During the gaming session, everything is quite cheerful. Small jamming takes place on transients.

Something similar could be observed in the game. Need For Speed No Limits. The interface feels sluggish, while during the races, the frame rate is quite acceptable. That's just the resolution for the game is automatically set significantly lower than the native one.

In general, graphics performance is not bad, but if you are primarily interested in a tablet as a platform for games, then it is better to look for a more productive solution. Alas, it will cost much more than TAB 2 A10-70L.

autonomy

The Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70L has a 7000 mAh (26.6 Wh) battery. Given the rather economical platform, you can count on good autonomy.

In the test of autonomy from the PCMark package, the tablet lasted 9 hours and 28 minutes. At the same time, the screen brightness corresponded to 150 cD / m² (57%), and Wi-Fi was also turned on. At the end of the test, there was still 19% of the charge, and this is at least an hour of work in approximately the same mode.

V common base Futuremark test application for a similar model stores results with 12 hours battery life. They may have been taken with minimum brightness and disabled wireless interfaces. One way or another, we can say for sure that the Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70L will last more than 10 hours with a fairly high computing load. For a 10-inch model with classic dimensions and a screen with a higher resolution, the result is very good. To discharge the tablet in a day, you need to try very hard. On average, the charge will be enough for 2-3 days.

Due to the high capacity of the battery, it does not charge very quickly. It will take about 3.5-4 hours to replenish the charge from 10% to 100%. At the same time, the process itself runs evenly, there are no accelerations at the start here. An event indicator is not provided, so you can find out about the status by turning on the tablet.

It is highly desirable to use a standard power supply and cable or similar chargers that can provide current up to 2 A. Less powerful smartphone PSUs can significantly increase the charge time.

When charging the battery during a high load, the battery's vitality is replenished slowly. For clarity, for half an hour of playing Dead Trigger 2 with the power supply connected, the charge was restored by only 7% - from 12% to 19%.

Note that the USB connector is not located in the center of the panel, but is somewhat shifted to the top. In this case, it is convenient to keep the tablet in landscape mode even when it is connected to the charger.

Heat

Even under high gaming load, the tablet body heats up very little. Left side gets warmer top corner, approximately in this zone the processor is located. After an hour session, the body temperature in this place rose to 42 degrees. If you hold the tablet in the recommended position, then in the palmar area, heating is not felt at all.

Communications

The tablet is equipped with a dual-band (2.4/5 GHz) Wi-Fi module, supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 protocols. We did not observe any particular problems with the stability of Wi-Fi. During the testing, the connection was interrupted several times, seemingly for no apparent reason, but it is quite possible that this is a feature of the operation of a particular tablet-router bundle (TL-WR1043ND) or channel congestion. Everything was “treated” in the traditional way for such cases - by reconnecting the connection.

Paired with a fresh TP-LINK Touch P5 router, such questions did not arise at all. Moreover, with such a source it was possible to get a very good data transfer rate: reading - up to 85 Mb / s, writing - up to 63 Mb / s.

Version tablet TAB 2 A10-70L also supports 3G/LTE, but voice functions are disabled in this case. Data transfer and sending SMS/MMS are available. Of the positioning systems, GPS, Glonass and Beidou are supported.

OTG capabilities can be used to connect various peripherals. If necessary, it can be at least a USB-Ethernet network card, which will allow you to connect via a wired network (checked - it works).

Price

In Ukraine, only one modification is officially offered at the moment - Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L with 16 GB of memory, which is equipped with a 3G / LTE modem. The recommended cost of this version is 7000 UAH. At the same time, devices intended for other markets are actually available for sale, which are much cheaper. Note that non-3G/LTE versions are designated as TAB 2 A10-70F. These models use Mediatek processor MT8165, which differs from MT8237 only in the absence of a block for working with 3G / LTE.

Modifications of tablets with 32 GB of internal memory are also available. And this is very handy. In 16 GB models, 11 GB are available to the user and this space fills up very quickly. Memory cards allow you to partially offload the main drive, but under Android 5.0, not all applications can be transferred to an external flash drive.

Results

Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L– A 10.1-inch tablet with a very attractive price/performance ratio. The model is built on a middle-class hardware platform, equipped with a good IPS screen with a resolution of 1920×1200, 2 GB of memory and a 3G/LTE modem. Yes, perhaps all this is wrapped in a not very spectacular package, but for its class the tablet body is quite acceptable. If you look at the cost of the device, and then try to pick up a similar tablet in the same price category, it turns out that this mission is impossible. For $200-300 in general, there are very few offers of 10-inch tablets that are equipped with a screen with Full resolution HD+. If we add the presence of an up-to-date processor, support for Android 5.0 and good autonomy to the important selection criteria, then Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L will not remain in the list of alternatives for real rivals. The device has a number of disadvantages, and for some they may turn out to be critical, but the obvious advantages of the considered model are still more significant. In any case, if you choose a large tablet, but are not ready to seriously spend money, the Lenovo TAB 2 A10-70L definitely deserves to be on the list of possible purchase candidates.

The inexpensive tablet Lenovo tab 2 a10 70L has proven itself from the moment it appeared on the market. An interesting 4-core design, according to users, will be a godsend for real music lovers and those who constantly surf the Internet. The device is presented by the developers in two versions, differing from each other by the communication module:

  • Lenovo tab 2 a10 70L - supports WiFi networks and LTE;
  • Lenovo tab 2 a10 70F - only works with Wi-Fi.

Device package

The tablet is packed in a regular strong cardboard box, which shows the device itself and the company logo is written. Inside, in addition to the device itself, there are the following related devices:

  • instruction;
  • micro-USB cable for connecting to a computer;
  • power unit.

The device is not equipped with a headset, although it is a very convenient accessory for listening to music and watching movies.

Appearance, connectors and controls

The new device has a strict classic design, not burdened with any frills. The monoblock is made of high-quality durable plastic with a special coating. The manufacturer offers consumers models of two colors - blue and pearl, which look very elegant. Despite the dimensions of 247x171.1x8.9 mm and a weight of 509 grams, the Lenovo tab 2 a10 70L does not look bulky. All external panels are well fitted to each other, which is a distinctive feature of the non-separable body of the device.

The white model of the mobile device is framed along the perimeter of the screen with a silver insert that acts as a decorative element on one side and an additional border on the other. It protrudes slightly above the display plane, which protects it from damage.

On top of the front panel above the screen is the camera lens and the manufacturer's corporate logo - Lenovo. This is a kind of indication from the developer that it is preferable to use the tablet in landscape format. This position is quite natural for a widescreen screen with an aspect ratio of 16:10. On the rear panel, two elements attract attention - the main camera, the lens of which is framed by a metal rim. The manufacturer did not supply the Lenovo tablet with a flash, so its photo capabilities are somewhat limited. The second element is a spectacular perforation with the Dolby inscription, indicating the improved sound characteristics of the mobile device.

The 3.5mm stereo headset jack is located on the top end face. The microphone is placed on the bottom edge. On the left side there is a button to lock and turn on the device, a volume control, a micro-USB connector for connecting charger and a plug above the compartments in which the cards are located. The original perforation in this part of the panel is not accidental, as three emitters are used to create a decent sound effect, which form a sound bar. Dolby ATMOS technology expands the functionality of the device, allowing the user to select the desired profile for voice acting. The speakers have a good volume range.

The device has an FM tuner function. To listen to radio broadcasts, you need to connect headphones that will be identified with an external antenna.

Detailed Lenovo review tab 2 a10 70L, AnTuTu benchmarks that evaluate the performance of devices across a range of indicators show that it is a well-balanced, interesting and feature-packed device. The tablet is equipped big screen High Quality, productive platform, capacious battery. With decent musical characteristics, it will allow you to enjoy a clear and powerful sound.

The main peak of the popularity of tablets has already passed two years ago, despite the fact that the category of devices itself does not exist even ten. However, this does not mean that there are no suitable devices on the market for every taste and budget. There are simply only those manufacturers who are ready to experiment and work for a limited number of consumers. One of the largest is Lenovo. This company makes devices in all price categories- from ultra-budget to flagship, but, at the same time, sold at more reasonable prices.

Overview Lenovo tablet Tab 2 A10-70L 16GB (or 32gb) will introduce us to a device that is already two years old in 2017, but, judging by the reviews, this does not lose its attractiveness, both in terms of its characteristics and price . The latter, by the way, was quite tempting at the start of sales, but now, on the wave of new devices in the manufacturer's lineup, it will please anyone.

Appearance and dimensions

The Lenovo 16gb device is available in two color options - white and dark blue. In the last frame around the screen black. The manufacturer has made several hints to consumers on how it is desirable to use this tablet. First of all, this is of course the aspect ratio of the screen. 16:10 in vertical orientation is convenient only for browsing the Internet. For all other use cases, a landscape layout is preferable. This is also indicated by the logo along with front camera, located on the long side, as well as a headphone jack on the edge above them. Accordingly, already starting from this, the volume control and screen lock buttons with slots for SIM and microSD cards are now on the left short side. If, taking into account such an arrangement of control elements, to hold the tablet vertically, one might really think that a defect has been caught.

There is nothing outstanding in terms of Lenovo 16gb (and 32gb). About 250 mm long, 170 mm high and 9 mm thick. Once upon a time, this was the golden mean, but now, during minimization, the device can seem really large. Plus, it weighs a little more. half a kilogram, which, according to reviews, is not very convenient.

The frames, on the one hand, are too big, and, on the other hand, they are made deliberately for a comfortable game and a strong grip.

The assembly of the device cannot be called ideal . There are creaks back cover flexes, minimal twisting is felt. But it's all about the size. Getting such a large tablet to be monolithic requires an extra effort that is unlikely to be justified by the price. The overview only demonstrates the features of some characteristics, which additionally need to be evaluated in the context of personal use.

The display is the main advantage of the tablet

Obviously, the screen can be considered the main advantage of the Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70L. Manufacturers have long understood that this is what needs to be done. main focus. You can use a compromise camera and make the tablet a little larger, but if the picture is not pleasant enough, the consumer will not forgive. This device has a 10.1-inch IPS display. The resolution is even higher than Full HD - 1920x1200. But this is a feature of the aspect ratio. Plus, given the presence of only soft buttons operating system, these extra pixels are very appropriate.

The density is 224 ppi, which is very good for a 10-inch tablet, especially considering its price. However, the minus of Lenovo 16gb (32gb) can be considered an extra air layer between the protective glass and, directly, the display. It does not greatly affect viewing angles and other characteristics, but if it were removed, phenomenal results could be achieved.

For fastidious users, the MiraVision utility is provided, which can be used to further customize the screen.

The next important point is brightness. The maximum value is enough for any conditions. This is not a record, but exactly what a tablet, which was originally conceived as a home device, needs. But at least it's a little annoying. It is unnecessarily high, and reading in the dark will be uncomfortable. no light sensor.

There is no exact data on what exactly protects this, such a successful display. Either good glass or very good plastic. In any case, the results of operation are positive, and this is exactly what we need. But unfortunately, no oleophobic coating- this means that sometimes you can experience inconvenience during interaction with touch panel. Yes, and fingerprints will remain larger than usual.

Performance and Memory

Many people leave the review of the hardware platform to the end, but this is not entirely true, because it depends on how all the delights of the screen can manifest themselves in high-quality video and demanding games. How many programs can be kept in memory, and how they will work, in general.

Chinese processor - MediaTek MT8732. Architecture 64-bit with 4 Cortex-A53 cores. The graphics chip is a more efficient Mali-T760 MP2, which, alas, does not work at full capacity with this CPU.

2 GB of RAM is a good indicator for its time, but now, given the fact that this is a 10-inch tablet, it can make it difficult. Probably, all modern applications will have enough volume, but when they are switched, each will be unloaded and launched from scratch. Another 1 GB would not be superfluous.

Benchmarks and practice show that in the process of working with the tablet interface and basic programs there are no problems, but when it comes to games - it's time for compromise.

The top Asphalt 8, World of Tanks Blitz, Modern Combat 5, Dead Trigger 2 will need to be tuned to get the desired number of frames per second. Or be content with the stuttering that comes with good graphics. And again, to understand the features of one review is not enough - you need to test it yourself.

There are modifications of the device with 16 and 32 GB internal memory. Considering that not the full volume is available to the user, the indicator is too small. Although expanding microSD cards. But android features 5.0 does not allow you to transfer applications to them completely. With an OS update, this shortcoming could be ignored.

Sound

Returning for a second to the design, it is worth saying that the only attractive design solution is the speaker grill, located on the rear panel on both sides of the camera. This is the usual perforation, which, as it were, crumbles around the edges. But, again, the fact that the speaker output occupies the entire width of the tablet is not an accident. In the Lenovo device there are several emitters at once, forming a kind of sound system. And in practice, it really shows itself well. The only negative is the sound direction from user. But, on the other hand, the device can be used as a replacement portable speaker middle price segment. Dolby ATMOS technology is responsible for the overall good sound quality, and in addition allows you to create separate profiles for movies, music, and so on. Of course, all these features apply to headphones.

cameras

Subjectively and according to user reviews, this is one of the most useless features in any tablet. Probably, many consumers would agree to completely abolish it, and for the same price to get extra memory or best display. But it can also be called a certain basic set, without which no manufacturer can do. This device has two cameras: the main one is 8 megapixels and the front one is 5 megapixels. Both are of average quality. And they are only suitable for situational shooting. Don't even expect any artistry. I am glad that there are settings in which good lighting, theoretically, you can get at least something.

Operating system

Since, as already mentioned, the device is quite old, it runs on Android 4.4. But now, right out of the box, it can be upgraded to 5.0.1. It is hardly worth expecting further development. Of course, all this is complemented by the vision of the company's engineers, which is called Lenovo Vibe UI. Not everyone likes shells from Chinese manufacturers. Here it is smaller than it was before, but it still catches the eye.

Autonomy and interfaces

Battery - 7000 mAh. An excellent indicator that will give about 12 hours of work without recharging. Given this, even four hours to restore the charge to 100% may seem quite normal.

Of course, there are no problems with interfaces.

  • dual-band Wi-Fi;
  • bluetooth 4.0;
  • LTE support;
  • GPS, GLONASS;
  • the ability to connect OTG via USB-connector.

Advantages and disadvantages

Pros:

  • excellent screen;
  • excellent autonomy;
  • high-quality sound;
  • 3G and LTE support.

Minuses:

  • android 5.0;
  • compromise CPU;
  • no oleophobic screen coating.
  • not enough internal memory.

conclusions

Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70L is a significantly outdated tablet that has a number of drawbacks related precisely to its age and features that were relevant at the time of release. If you close your eyes to them, you get a completely balanced device that will show itself perfectly in everyday use; will give a good picture and will work really long.

Video review of the tablet

    Screen, speed, battery, RAM 2 gig, sound.

    2 years ago

    the battery is good even when playing, the screen is good viewing angles, color and brightness, 2GB of RAM, updated to 5.0, good for its price took 14990

    Fast, good battery. Pulls all the games that my son downloads. And he loves games.

    2 years ago

    Great screen. Performance is top notch. Not a single game freezes. It works autonomously for a long time (up to two days with constant use).

    2 years ago

    The screen looks great (1920x1080) The battery lasts sooo long, I didn’t even expect (7000 mAh) Micro-SD up to 64 gigs - just for me, Android has been updated to version 5 - everything works great

    2 years ago

    1. Screen (resolution and picture quality) 2. Cameras. Very good in daylight. But even under artificial lighting, it does not do a bad job. Front for Skype is a very good option. 3. Nimble 4. Good autonomy 5. Assembly. But how does it fit. there are creaky examples. 6. Sound

    2 years ago

    price / quality - it seems to me the best there is (14990 rubles) bought and satisfied

    2 years ago

    The tablet is good. I agree with previous commentators.

    2 years ago

    Android 5 - fhd screen - a good processor and graphics - a really working smart flip with an appropriate case - the battery under heavy load and minimal backlight holds a really long time of about 7 hours. Movies will play even longer if you run with hardware support.

    2 years ago

    As such, I did not find any shortcomings.

    2 years ago

    so far there are no shortcomings except for normal cases only for alexpres

    2 years ago

    Charges all night. But that's probably how it should be. But then it works for a very long time. Everything else is fine. Even good.

    2 years ago

    The back cover creaks. Poor performance of the power button and volume rocker

    2 years ago

    A small drawback - the power button could be made more convenient to press, although this is not critical.
    The headphone jack is on the top - I don't know who finds it convenient.

    2 years ago

    Weight, wish it was a bit lighter
    - the screen glass collects prints well.
    - the Wi-Fi module is rather weak, where others seem to confidently catch the network, this tablet periodically loses. But also somehow not always. In general, with Wi-Fi it is not unambiguous, it is necessary to look individually.
    - the power button and volume rocker would probably be better on the right. The hand for some reason all the time stretches to press on the right.
    All of the above disadvantages are rather conditional and not critical.

    2 years ago

    not yet discovered. great tablet for the money

    2 years ago

    Possibly no flash.

    2 years ago

    The first thing that caught my eye was the disgusting color reproduction in games - red and yellow. You can get used to it. The built-in miravision program is not configured, everything remains disgustingly yellow-red warm
    - on the fifth android, wifi freezes, it is treated by turning it off. Doesn't stress.
    - besyuche tight buttons, obviously not made for people.
    - the screen is not glass, but definitely hard plastic, and not so good, but better than it was in old tablets
    - there are simply no connectors - headphones and MicroUSB
