If you find that an investment or part of an investment is missing, then you are entitled to a refund of the insured value. In order for us to compensate for the loss, it is necessary:
- If, upon receiving the parcel, you find a shortage of things, then you must check the declaration and immediately draw up an act in the mail or with a courier about the shortage. In this case, you are entitled to a refund of the insured value or part of it.
- If, upon receiving the parcel, you find a shortage of things, then you can refuse it, if the postal workers refuse to draw up an act of shortage and compensate for the cost of the loss. When we receive it back, we can compensate the insurance value.
- If, upon receiving the parcel, you find external damage to things that is not declared in the accompanying documents, then you need to immediately draw up a damage report by mail or by courier. You are entitled to a refund of the insured value.
- If you find that an attachment or part of it is missing or an external defect outside the post office, and you have already signed for the receipt of the parcel, then we do not bear any responsibility for the attachments and actions of the postal organization.
The modern Polish post office was established in 1918 after the end of the First World War, when Poland gained its independence. Today it is customary to celebrate the independence of this state on November 11.
The first stamps were released on November 17 all the same 1918. In total, four stamps were made, which depicted:
