Sharapovo, sorting center: where is it, description, functions. Excursion to the Russian postal logistics center "vnukovo" Sorting center sharapovo

In November 2013, in the Russian media, the news spread in the background that the Russian Post had opened a new logistics center for processing international mail.

The news passed in the background, but even for the New Year 2013/2014 celebrations, thanks to this center, it was possible to avoid the pre-New Year's Eve collapse, which was previously standard for the Russian Post, with the delay of parcels and mail arriving from abroad.

By the end of 2014, the new logistics center reached full capacity and now handles up to 300,000 shipments per day!

Now everything that you ordered for the New Year will really be in your hands for the New Year, and not for the new school year)))

I managed to visit a specially organized tour of this object and see everything with my own eyes.

Let's see!

In the photo below you can see that the Russian Post is not going to stop there, because everything that I have already described is located only in the 1st building!

And there are 6 of them in total! So the Russian Post is going to grow and expand even more:

1.

The tour of the sorting (aka logistics) center was conducted by Alexey Skatin, deputy general director FSUE "Russian Post" with its colleagues.

2.

Here he is! :)

3.

Security at the sorting center is consistent!

4.

And, believe me, everyone at the Post Office understands everything. New Year, everyone is waiting for the package and faster.

Therefore ... :) put a reminder:

5.

But not for the sake of the trees, we came here.

The fact is that now this center handles about half of the total Russian volume of international mail. The incoming flow of this mail.

And it was possible to do this only thanks to modern technologies and high level automation.

Moreover, this is generally the first such facility in Russia, in which the customs clearance of international postal items is combined with their automated sorting according to delivery directions. But we will talk about customs separately.

Take a better look at this red-eyed giant:

6.

No, this is not an automatic burner of your mail, and not even a system for obfuscating mail in the warehouses of the Russian Post :) A couple of years ago, the Russian Post, thanks in part to new personnel (such as Alexey Skatin), abandoned this direction :)))

A couple of years ago, the Russian Post set a course for a total change of old processes and the installation of new equipment.

For example, in this logistics and sorting center were installed:

Multisorter for all types of postal items
-Conveyor systems for transporting bags, shipments and boxes
-Mobile conveyors with retractable sections
-Multi-beam scanners for reading information and devices for sorting items by size
-Other Newest technologies, which allows you to automate and speed up the processing of shipments as much as possible

Naturally, the year is not yet 2115, and the process is not complete without people:

7.

8.

Here the postal items are scanned in order to put a mark in the system that they came to Russia and will now go to customs clearance.

Yes, the package is flying :) More on that later.

9.

A little out of order, but this is how the unloading and customs control about the arrival of a certain volume of parcels to the territory of Russia occurs:

10.

By the way, this is a bag from China - mostly I only saw them.

The flow of items from China is very high:

11.

Then the bags are delivered to the managers of the incoming bags))) I don't know what the positions of these people are called, but they do an important job:

They take a parcel out of the bag, direct the scanner to the sticker on it, all the information is automatically entered into the computer, they make a quick check whether the information from the sticker was scanned correctly. If all is well, then press "OK", and a mark is put in the tracking of the Russian Post that your shipment is now in Russia.

Your shipment is put on the tape and goes to the customs scanner.

12.

“How does it leave if nothing leaves ?!” - you ask looking at the photo above.

Yes, there are such clusters.

And now, I will surprise you, but this is for your own good.

The fact is that 300,000 shipments per day is a very heavy load. And if people start to make mistakes, then you will not receive your package soon. And what should be done so that people do not make mistakes?

That's right - to comply with working conditions. (not the only condition, of course, but very important)

The rules of work breaks are posted for everyone to see! Depending on the level of load, each is given a certain number of breaks. And this is being watched.

Therefore, in the photo you can see that on one side a few parcels have already accumulated. This is really a little, believe me.

Here are the rules. Especially pleased were the cats showing eye exercises))) If there are seals, then everything will be fine with the Russian Post:

13.

As I already wrote, this is the first facility in which the customs clearance of international postal items is combined with their automated sorting according to delivery directions.

For the first time in Russian history, it was possible to unite the Russian Post and the Customs Service under one roof in a single process!

For example, in Japan these are completely different processes located in different places.

14.

Immediately after the mark of arrival in Russia, the mail is sent to the scanner to the customs officers:

15.

If nothing illegal is found there, then your parcel automatically receives a status in the tracking system (trekking) that the customs check has been passed and the parcel has gone for sorting.

16.

But in some cases, your parcel will be opened!

For example, such an incident happened right during the excursion:

17.

If I remember correctly - only when I was there a knife passed through the scanner and 2 were already unpacked!

In general, thanks to such a check, several dozen criminal cases were initiated, and some of the characters had even been imprisoned ... Such cases. So don't order anything illegal.

In the case of opening the parcel, everything becomes more complicated and the parcel will take a long time. Since in this case, everything needs to be photographed, recorded, etc. In general, in this case, paperwork cannot be avoided, even if everything is legal.

In other cases, all incoming shipments have a sticker on which one half is intended for scanning by the sending side, the other for scanning by the Russian side.

18.

If customs have no questions, they scan the sticker and ... voila! Customs cleared :)

Well, maybe there are some more nuances, but in general something like this :)

19.

And immediately after passing through customs, the employees of the Russian Post arrange the items into trays and send them to the sorting machine:

20.

By the way, all zones in the center are divided by numbers. And each employee works only in his area of responsibility:

21.

And given the fact that the customs office is located right there, there is even a fence between the zones!

In the panorama below (* you can click on it and look at it in higher resolution!) You can see this fences.

If some package crosses this fence, without checking in at customs, it is smuggling. And smuggling is punished in accordance with the criminal code! Roughly speaking, the area behind the fence from the sorting machine is, as it were, a conditionally neutral space to Russia. That is, what is behind the fence is actually already in Russia, but legally not yet.

22.

In the panorama, you can also see that the packages are going up the travolator.

At the top, they fall under the all-seeing eye of the scanner, which reads information from the label on the parcel:

23.

Based on the results of reading, the parcel is sent to the conveyor, and information about the results of reading is processed in a computer, which determines exactly where the parcel should be sent to send further.

At the entrance of the parcel to the conveyor, there is another scanner, which determines which carriage the scanned parcel fell on:

24.

This magical process takes place like this:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0EyJeM-KvI

And now, as promised, let's get back to the flying parcels :)

In the photo below, I even photographed this incredible process))) could not resist.

And, of course, I asked Alexei Skatin about how legitimate and adequate it was.

It turned out that negotiations were held separately with the Chinese post and the subsequent huge work to standardize the package of the parcel! That is, each parcel is packed in such a way that it cannot be damaged. And your parcels remain safe. This applies to all parcels. But only parcels up to a certain weight and without a certain marking can fly.

If on your parcel it is pasted or written "carefully", "glass", "do not throw", "careful handling", etc. then they will only work with it manually! The same applies to parcels with a large weight.

25.

Despite what is happening in the photo above. I personally observed how the same woman carried some of the packages by hand. Even when it was well, very uncomfortable for her due to the crookedly placed cages for parcels. And then she threw the others again.

That is, it really works. After all, for example, there is no point in manually carrying phone cases. But you definitely shouldn't throw some heavy items.

Moreover, if employees are found to violate this rule, then a large part of their remuneration for work will be missed.

By the way, in the photo above and below, the so-called "Hospital" for parcels :)

Parcels get here, if for some reason they cannot be processed by the sorting machine, then here they are "treated", errors on the label are corrected, a new one is printed, glued, and sent back to the sorting machine.

26.

Judging by the photo of the "Hospital" above, the rule of rest is strictly observed :) I think it's good. I would not like to see the mail processed by angry, not rested and inattentive people.

And below is a photo of the sorting center plan.

My photo was smeared, of course, but the main thing is clear - the Shipping Zone (1) for processing and the Receiving Zone (10) (that is, sending further across Russia) of already processed parcels located on opposite sides of the complex... Thanks to this, the correct step-by-step passage and processing of parcels through this complex is ensured. Well, it becomes almost impossible to confuse something.

27.

And this is the central touchscreen monitor for controlling this powerful machine.

On it, the zones where something is going wrong immediately light up in a certain color. Or, everything is green, which means that everything is fine:

28.

Here you can also see how each of the carriages on the conveyor is doing, and in which carriage what lies. If a carriage travels on the load for too long without sorting it, it is marked in a different color. And in 99% of cases, the machine itself sends parcels that it cannot sort to the "hospital".

29.

This entire gigantic machine costs around 5,000,000 euros.

And her energy consumption, as they say, is just like a few irons;)

And here, in the photo below, you can see a diagram of the entire machine and affect its performance. For example, speed up the rotation of the conveyor :) Or stop everything.

By the way, this machine uses modern carriages, either with magnetic, or with magnetic-some kind of bases that help sort mail. Plus, the surface of the carriages is made of such a material that the trays with the parcels do not slide off.

For example, in Germany, sorting centers use wooden carriages, because these centers were built there more than 30 years ago!

30.

And on this screen you can see the "pulse" of the sorting machine.

As you can see, there are no failures or failures, there were only a couple of parcels that accidentally drove onto 2 carriages at once:

31.

Here they are, the parcels, rolling at a high altitude, waiting to be sorted:

32.

When they reach the desired slide, the carriage throws them straight to the employee, who sorts the items into bags for sending to your home!

33.

There will be enough slides for everyone! :)

34.

Some packages even have to wait as long as 15 minutes! :)

For Russian Post, this speed is close to the speed of light, compared to what it was just 2 years ago:

35.

Now notice how the last stage goes.

The Russian Post decided to step over the 30-50 year delay gap and immediately step into the future:

36.

Each employee on the hump has a special scanner with a device attached to his hand and finger:

37.

Each parcel descending from the hill is scanned and its passage is marked at this stage, after which it is thrown into a bag of a certain direction.

After that, the tracking system will display the status that the parcel has been sent from Moscow to your region:

38.

I even found my home region here :)

39.

After filling the bag, it is placed in a cage and brought to the gate:

40.

41.

After the introduction of this sorting center the number of claims against the Russian Post decreased by 25%!

Prior to the introduction of this center, the quality assessment according to some international standards was equal to, funny to say 3.5%! Three and a half! :))) And now this figure is 90%!

By the way, the time it took for such a shipment to go through Moscow was reduced to 3 days. I'll have to personally check it somehow :)

And below - last picture! Panorama! You can and should click on it to view it in a larger size.

By the way, on the left, under the number nine, and slightly to the right, you can see special catching nets for those items that you forgot to put on the tray (they then slide off). We look at the last photo beauty:

42.

By the way, parcels up to 50kg pass through this center. Heavier shipments are handled elsewhere.

By the way, in terms of equipment installation in Russia, in a sense, there is a big bonus.

The bonus is that we have nothing! :) And this means that now we are installing the newest equipment possible!

Things like this have been introduced here:
-Automated sorting of all types of mail
-Flow method of handling mail without warehousing
-Electronic data exchange with postal operators
-Rejection of paper forms and simplification of processing technologies

And by mid-2015, the Russian Post plans to transfer such centers to 100% electronic document flow. Including with regard to interaction with the Customs Service. You understand that it is not so easy to come to an agreement with such a state structure as the Customs ...

But it is worth noting that what we were shown is only the first milestone even in this location near Vnukovo airport.

By 2022, the mail processing center will be expanded and automated even more. And not only international, but also domestic Russian shipments will be processed here. And then the volume of processed mail will reach almost 22,000,000 (million!) units per month!

If you have any questions - ask! Russian Post employees promised to answer any of the most tricky and incredible questions regarding this center and the processing of international mail.

On April 7, 2015, the most active clients and employees of the Russian Post, everyone who wished to sign up, went to excursion to the Logistic postal center of the Russian Post "Vnukovo"... It's so great to see from the inside how Mail works! The tour was led by the Deputy Head of the Production Center Dmitry Yakovlev, a very passionate person who told us a lot of interesting things. We share the details with you!

Logistic postal center "Vnukovo" is located in New Moscow, near the village of Sharapovo, not far from the Vnukovo airport, which is why it got its name. The center began its work in November 2013; its service area includes all constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The total area of the Center is 60,000 m2.

The building of the Center, in which 6 buildings connected to each other, was purchased by the Russian Post specifically for this project / For other similar automated centers in Podolsk and St. Petersburg, buildings were built by equipment manufacturing companies, and here a finished building was chosen and now under a contract with Toshiba (Japan), it is equipped with equipment... Then, in 2013, from the moment of making the decision to create such a logistics center, 3 months passed before its launch - this is a very short time for a state-owned company.

Now the Center has been launched at one third of the capacity that is planned in the future, but at the same time the numbers are impressive! Compare: in 2012-2013. during the peak period (December-January) 77 thousand postal items were processed per day. And now - up to 400-600 thousand per day! At the same time, the delivery time has been greatly accelerated.

Now at the Vnukovo Center only international small packets are processed and only from Southeast Asia(China, Singapore, etc.). These are the very parcels that fly to Russia from the sites "aliexpress.com", "alibaba.com" and many others where Russians love to shop. What's interesting: the Chinese post does not have established postal formats in which they must send parcels (boxes of certain sizes, etc.), so parcels of a wide variety of shapes and sizes come from there: from a small bag to a huge box. Center "Vnukovo" processes small packages, and under the category "small package" any mailing if its weight is less than 5 kg. Therefore, you can find packages of all shapes and sizes there. But, of course, most of them are "small forms".

The Center employs first and fifth buildings, in each of which it is set Toshiba sorting equipment... The machines differ in power: in the fifth building the equipment is designed for sorting the so-called micro-packages, has 250 exits ("slides" along which packages roll into bags), and in the first building there are 40 such "slides". The machine in the fifth building is capable of sorting mail up to 12 thousand pieces per hour (!)... The real load at the present time is about 8 thousand per day. This is due to the fact that 5 corpus is still in the testing stage and all processes are being improved. Also, the difference between these multisorting machines is that in the fifth building the machine is not cyclical, but in the first it is vice versa. That is, if the scanner did not recognize which "exit" to send the parcel to, in the fifth building this parcel is sent for manual sorting immediately, and in the first building it can make several rounds - attempts to scan the data again. And then, if necessary, the parcel is also sent for manual sorting.

Much is automated on the conveyor, but manual labor remains. Up to 10% of packages are used for manual sorting because when the address is written "left Chinese hand"in Latin, the scanner has some difficulty reading it. :)

Separately, it should be said about mobile terminals... This is a kind of "gadget" that operators wear on their hands. The terminal weighs 400 grams (try wearing almost a pound on your hand for a whole day!), And with its help an employee of the Center scans barcodes and forms the final bags with mail according to directions.

On average, an operator working on sorting in the fifth building passes through about 6000 small packages per day, and in the first building - 3500-4000 packages per day. After sorting, the operator closes the bags with a plastic seal, piercing the "neck" of the bag through and through so that it is impossible to open it. Further, waybills are formed, statements and bags of mail are sent to the first building and formed for shipment in containers. By the way, reusable bags and are used several times.

We were also told that the salary in the Center is about 30 thousand rubles, the schedule is a day / three, a full social package, employees are fed, brought and taken away by buses. Many people find such conditions attractive, so there is always a long line of people willing to work.

Yet Interesting Facts: the Center has system "Yantar" which checks mailings for radioactivity, there is "hospital"- this is the place where the parcel goes, whose barcode was not read by the scanner. Most parcels are put on blue plastic trays and secured with an elastic band. This is to prevent small envelopes from falling through the inside of the machine.

Also on the territory of the Vnukovo Center there is Federal Customs Service... It is she who checks suspicious parcels, spending 100 reams of paper per day on her activities. And here the main document flow of the Center is electronic... Previously, the Russian operator had to manually enter the recipient's address into the system, and this took about two minutes. And now the data is transmitted via the Internet, because when the postal item is received, the operator enters the data into the computer. The Russian side only needs to read the barcode and check the correspondence of the data on the envelope and in the "database", which reduces the processing time to 30 seconds. And there are most of such packages.

The excursion was very eventful. Many thanks to the Russian Post for this opportunity! I hope that it was interesting for you to read and watch our report! :)

P.S. Anyone wishing to get on such an excursion - catch the news on the official pages of the Russian Post in social networks.

More recently, the post has played crucial role in the life of every person. The only possibility of communication between the cities was a sent letter or telegram. Moreover, to keep abreast of events, people subscribed to newspapers. With development cellular and the Internet for a short period, it seemed that the mail was completely outdated. But there were still parcels and registered letters. And here the development of online stores opened new page v

Most people today prefer to shop online. And parcels are delivered by "Russian Post". All of them go through a special distribution center. For international mail, there is a sorting center in Sharapovo. Where is it, we will talk to you today.

"Post office"

Each region has a branch, which is responsible for the delivery of correspondence in their area. All branches are divided into 10 macro-regions, each of which has one common center, where all parcels arrive for further distribution. There are two branches in Moscow, which are united into one macro-region.

But that is not all. On the territory of the region there is a logistics center "Vnukovo", which processes shipments not only within the country, but also international parcels.

What's going on here

Let's repeat where it is: the sorting center in Sharapovo is located not far from Podolsk. Life is in full swing here around the clock: huge cars are blinking with red lights, conveyors are buzzing. As a result, all parcels and letters are distributed and sent to post offices in six regions of Russia.

A person may not even know where it is. The sorting center in Sharapovo operates as follows. Let's say a person sent a letter to Vladivostok. It will go first to the Podolsk ASC, then to the regional office.

Let's take a look inside

Residents of the region know exactly where it is. The sorting center in Sharapovo is a place of work for many. Here, 350 people per shift, and a total of 1,650 people are employed. It sorts ordinary and registered letters, as well as parcels. After that, they are sent to the district post offices, where they are received by the final addressees.

For you, it all ends with the fact that you put the letter in mailbox... But work postal service this is just the beginning. It arrives at the distribution center, receives the date of dispatch, and the mail containers leave for the district sorting center.

Bandwidth

Most of the mail in the processing center is corporate correspondence. This number also includes notifications from government agencies, for example, fines from the traffic police. But the functional tasks do not end there; parcels and parcels are also processed here.

You can see the location of the sorting center in Sharapovo on the map above. The sorting speed is maximum here - only 21 hours. So much time passes between the entry and exit of correspondence. About 3 million letters and parcels pass through the center every day. In the spring, the influx increases dramatically as government agencies send out holiday notices. December is not far behind - the season of congratulations.

Modernization of work

The sorting center in Sharapovo underwent an improvement two years ago. First of all, the task was set to simplify and speed up the processing of correspondence. This was done thanks to automation and competent logistics:

  • Now all parcels are sorted using special equipment. Today you can see on every letter or parcel the imprint "Left the sorting center in Sharapovo", the date and time. Previously, parcels could not leave the territory of the center for several days. In order for these changes to start working, a large-scale reorganization and optimization of all business processes was carried out.
  • The second point is logistics. Routes were revised and unnecessary items were removed. For example, a person in Omsk sent a letter to an addressee in his city. It goes to the sorting center in Moscow, and then comes back. Local shipments are now handled within the city.

Departments that are subordinate

The address of the sorting center in Sharapovo: 102975, Moscow, Sharapovo. That's all the data. In fact, the address is not registered anywhere, all clarifications on this issue are reduced to the wording “near the village of Sharapovo”. Apparently, this object is simply impossible here. On the other hand, since this does not prevent letters and parcels from getting here and leaving without hindrance, then it is really not difficult. The object is subordinate to:

  • plot;
  • several workshops.

How sorting works

A person starts work, or rather, an operator. Its task includes the primary scanning of the barcode. Moreover, in special program information appears about what type of mail was received. The data is uploaded to the official website. Now the client, who knows the identifier code, can find out where his package is.

An exemplary order reigns here, which avoids mistakes. All containers are distributed among workshops: letter post, parcels and express shipments. To date, the last workshop is only partially automated. The use of manual scanning continues. According to the employees themselves, this is due to the fact that some shipments have a non-standard form.

Sort regular emails

Manual labor is also partially preserved here. Operators put them in boxes so that they lie "facing" each other. After that, the scanner reads the addresses and distributes the letters to the desired cells. This happens very quickly. Approximately 12 letters pass in one second. If the address is written with errors, then it will return to the operators. They manually hammer in the index from the images of the letters. Good experience and quick response are required to work here.

What happens to the parcels

They are distributed over several streaming lines:

  • Boxes and packages that are sent overseas.
  • Large, heavy and oversized cargo.
  • Ordinary parcels.

As they travel along the belt, the parcels automatically fall into the compartments that correspond to the post office of the city or region to which they are to be delivered.

Each region of the country has its own branch of the Russian Post - the regional administration of the federal postal service. All branches are geographically divided into ten macro-regions. The total number of post offices exceeds 40 thousand. There are two branches in Moscow and the Moscow region, united into the “Moscow” macro-region. Also on the territory of the region there is a logistics center "Vnukovo", which processes international mail, and an automated sorting center (ASC), located not far from Podolsk. In them, parcels and letters are distributed and sent to post offices six regions - Tver, Tula, Vladimir, Ryazan, Kaluga, Moscow. If a client from the service area of the ASC sent a letter, for example, to Vladivostok, then first his letter will go to the Podolsk ASC, and then it will go to the main sorting center in the Far East. Where it will already be sorted to the final recipient. The Village went to the automatic sorting center in Podolsk (the largest in Russia and Eastern Europe) to see how letters and parcels are sorted there.

What happens at the sorting center

The automated center serves the six areas closest to it. This means that it sorts simple letters by post offices, registered letters and parcels - by district post offices. Outbound shipments from these areas for recipients from all over Russia are also processed here. After the envelope has fallen into the mailbox, it is taken out, brought to the post office, where the letter is examined and the date of dispatch is set. Then the mail containers with letters are taken to the sorting center.

In total, 1,650 people work in it, about 350 employees come out per shift, the center in terms of area can be compared with a large plant - it occupies 29 thousand square meters. The sorting center works around the clock, seven days a week. The conveyor only stops at hours Maintenance... The equipment here is Italian.

A large proportion of the departures from the center in Podolsk are letters from various companies (including government organizations, for example, fines from the traffic police) and catalogs. It also handles parcels, parcels, EMS shipments, registered, valuable letters and first class shipments. Sorting time is 21 hours, during this time the departure must go from the entrance to the dispatch. About 3 million postal items pass through the center every day. The hottest season is April-May, when all kinds of congratulations from the state are sent, and, of course, November-December, when everyone sends gifts and New Year's letters.

How to speed up the work

The company says that the delivery time for letters and parcels has been reduced. This happened thanks to two things - automation and logistics. In the first case, the construction of an automated sorting center in Vnukovo helped, where manual labor is minimized, and all parcels are sorted using special equipment. According to employees, now it takes no more than 22 hours from the moment of entering the international departure center to departure to the country. Previously, such parcels could lie for days. In addition, the new Russian Post team revised the routes and removed unnecessary points from them. For example, if earlier a resident of Ryazan sent a letter to the addressee in his city, then the letter was first sent for sorting to Moscow and only after that it was returned back. Now such shipments are sorted within the city.

How is the sorting of letters going?

Operators first scan the barcode and register the shipment. So, in a special program, information appears about what type of mail and how much of it was received. The data is also uploaded to the official website of the Russian Post, where the client, knowing the identifier (alphanumeric image for international parcels and digital for domestic Russian), can find out the location of their shipment. All containers are distributed between the shops - letter post, parcels and express shipments. In the express shipments workshop, the sorting process is partially automated: operators read the barcode of each with a hand scanner, find out the address and put it in a bag that goes to the desired city. This is due to the fact that most express shipments are irregular, so manual sorting is more acceptable, according to staff.

Sorted regular letters manual labor is also involved, but there is not much of it. There is also equipment for sorting large-format letters. First, such letters are faceted - operators put them in boxes so that they are located one side to each other. Then the stacks are loaded onto the sorting machine: the items are flown along the conveyor, the scanner reads the address from each and distributes them in the directions to the cells. This happens quite quickly - 12 letters are processed per second. If the address or zip code is illegible or contains some errors, then the scanner sends a photo of this letter to the video encoding section. Employees of this department continuously manually hammer in indexes from the images of letters. To do this, you need to have a quick reaction - in order to have time to deal with the letter in no more than 30 seconds, since it is during this time that the sorting machine makes several circles. In addition, employees need to know the index range of the whole of Russia in order to deal with the mismatch between the index and the address, for example. Of course, in the event that the address is like "in the village of grandfather", then the letter will be returned to the sender.

Then the letters are taken out of the bins, and the operator puts the items in blue branded boxes, sticks labels with the addresses of the branches or post offices and places the boxes on the conveyor belt. Here they are waiting for the last stages - forming into containers, loading and shipping.

What happens to the parcels

The parcels are distributed by six automated lines. The first one is intended for international shipments - customs cleared shipments from Vnukovo are received here for addressees living in the entire service area of the ASC, except for Moscow. For Moscow, shipments are sorted directly at the Vnukovo center. The outermost belt is intended for oversized cargo, and the rest are for standard parcels. All shipments are manually loaded onto a high-speed conveyor belt that moves at a speed of 2.2 meters per second. Boxes and parcels are automatically scanned and sorted into 320 outlets that correspond to different post offices. There is a net under the conveyor belt - sometimes, due to the high speed of the conveyor and the slippery packaging, the parcels slide down. Therefore, the operator regularly checks the net and returns the parcels to the sorting belt.

At the place where containers with parcels are unloaded and loaded, there are Yantar installations. They check the shipments for radiation and explosion hazards. If the operator finds a package suspicious, then he himself cannot open it, but must hand it over to the security service. In general, domestic shipments are usually checked at post offices when the shipment is submitted for delivery.

66 SIXTY SIX DAYS ON THE WAY ON SHARAPOVO. International postal item RG899940975CN. The package is on the way 72 SEVENTY-TWO DAYS ... Of these 6 days, passage through China and arrival at MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo 102976 Workshop-1. From September 15 to September 21, import to the country of destination. MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo 102976 Shop-1, before Customs clearance, Issued by customs 102976 MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo Shop-1, 3 three days. Further departure "ON THE WAY" from MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo 102976 Workshop-1, to MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo 102975 47 FORTY SEVEN DAYS !!! In MR LC Vnukovo Sharapovo 102975 it is already 18 EIGHTEEN days !!! She was on the wanted list, the documents attached to the search application were safely lost by mail (documents were drawn up with witnesses, the head of the post office and all the documents attached to the procedure). In search legal address Sharapovo, and wherever he was not looking for him (for filing an application with the court, specifically against Sharapovo), no one had the information. But I came across one address, namely the appendix to the order for N 54n / 162. In the document "Appendix to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation of 03/31/2017 No. 54n / 162 on the places of international postal exchange, which are objects of postal communication, on the territory of the Russian Federation, there is a place under clause 10 in which and Sharapovo is mentioned. Sharapovo I never met in any of the documents, probably began to exist only in 2017. This is the settlement (settlement) of Marushkinskoye, near the village (village) of Sharapovo, Moscow, 108809 ". Here is such a legal entity. address. I think N. V. Gogol with Evenings on a farm near Dikanka, nervously stands aside. Judging by this "appendix to the order", the document is directly related to two departments - the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, but interestingly, there is no Federal Customs Service in the appendix, unlike other documents. Isn't that why the period (at least I got from it came to the Russian Federation and customs clearance, released by customs. Was a maximum of three days) remained within reasonable limits. And now you can think about what relation does he (the legal address) have to people who have lost hope of waiting for their parcels and what is happening to them? In my personal opinion, direct, our paid parcels go to the address; to the VILLAGE TO THE GRANDFATHER. All the numbers of post offices marked Sharapovo, and it looks like they are the same (if at all it is Sharapovo-Marushkinskoye. Really exists), will be able to give birth to more than one site (Aliexpress is now in Russia) or something, in the same spirit. We will buy our parcels there, and when international shipments will become completely impossible to receive, we will run to boutiques and online stores in the segment of the Russian Federation, father-in-law to dealers. We will take imported goods or renamed import substitution, ten times more expensive. Ns the most disgusting thing is that not being able to find out the legal addresses of such branches as No. 102976, No. 102975, etc., etc., we are deprived of the legal constitutional right to sue them (the parcels were paid for by us, are located at unclear addresses and sometimes have an amount that falls under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). And the missing and not received parcels, judging by the Internet complaints, can already be measured in tonnage. Based on recent events, one can imagine this as a successful business model, (especially in the logistics section, in-demand goods) of certain individuals. By the way, why everywhere to indices without legal entities. addresses to which no one can really answer anything, they shove bodies. those. customer support 8-800-2005-888. Or is it such a subtle mockery, like (how to apply for a wanted list) flaunting on pochta.ru near the track. Thank you, we know, already served!
