In 2-3 days your application will be verified and you will receive a notification by e-mail.
Once you receive confirmation from Xiaomi that you have become a freelance designer, the restriction on importing third-party MIUI themes will be lifted.
Despite a lot of text and pictures attached below, installing third-party themes for Windows 7 is actually a very simple operation that will take you no more than 10 minutes the first time. And after that, if you follow the instructions correctly, you will need about 2 minutes to install a new theme.
