2. A subscription fee is charged for using the service. The subscription fee is charged daily in equal installments, depending on the number of days in a month.
3. The service is managed using USSD *118*4#call and in the Personal Account.
4. You can get information about the service using USSD *100*1# call and in your Personal Account.
5. When using the service on the Light, Semi-annual subscription and lemon, lemon Z, lemon Y, lemon X tariff plans, the traffic of the service is consumed first.

Deputy General Director of velcom drew attention to the global trend of rapid growth in mobile Internet consumption. "On average, in Belarus we observe its growth of about 60% year on year - and these are not the highest figures when compared with some other countries", he said. According to the latest velcom statistics, about 60% of the company's current customers use smartphones, and in certain age groups this figure exceeds 90%.
To facilitate the use of new technologies by subscribers in the new network, velcom decided to free them from the subscription fee when buying a "people's" smartphone ZTE Blade L110 for 39.90 rubles. "To a certain extent, this is a gift for people who want to join velcom mobile communications or buy a new phone", Robert Dashyan explained.
The company notes that the new offer is unique for Belarus: for the first time, a consumer, purchasing a smartphone, receives communication services for free. It is expected that this will increase the penetration of smartphones and increase the consumption of Internet traffic in the operator's 3G network. "Smartphone ZTE Blade L110 supports the" new 3G "- UMTS900 format, which means that its owners will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the new communication standard immediately from the moment of purchase," the company said.

According to him, velcom strives for technological neutrality of the network, when any technology, be it 2G, 3G or 4G, can be activated on frequencies already used by the company. We can quite do without the allocation of additional frequencies by the regulator only by reusing existing ones," he remarked.
At the same time, velcom does not yet plan to connect to the network of the beСloud operator, which has a monopoly on 4G. According to Robert Dashyan, the result that the monopolist has demonstrated over four years of operation is "very modest": the quality and volume of the BeCloud LTE network do not yet meet the expectations of subscribers. "If we had the opportunity to do it ourselves, then LTE technology would be available to subscribers throughout the country", - said velcom representative.
